Austin’s Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Team Since 1999
Plumbing, cooling, heating, indoor air and electrical, from one office on Reinli Street. Around the clock, with the price agreed before any work starts.
Austin is hard on a house. Summers sit above 100 degrees for weeks, attics bake, and an air conditioner here runs more hours in one July than it would in a whole season somewhere milder. The water is hard enough to scale a water heater in a few years. The clay under most of the city swells and shrinks with the rain, and slabs and the pipes under them move with it. Then a cold front drops the temperature 40 degrees overnight and a furnace that sat idle since March has to start.
Radiant has worked on this housing stock since 1999: 1950s ranch homes in Crestview and Tarrytown, 1990s slab-built subdivisions in Round Rock and Pflugerville, new construction in Leander, Hutto and Kyle, and Hill Country places out toward Dripping Springs and Spicewood. Our Austin office is on Reinli Street, near I-35 and 290, and our trucks run to every one of those communities.
Every trade is in-house: plumbing, cooling, heating, indoor air quality and, in the Austin area only, electrical. You get one company that knows your house, one number to call, and one standard: you approve the price first, and it is backed by our Home Comfort Guarantee.
Every service below is written for Austin conditions. Pick the one that matches what your house is doing.
Save on the work your home needs most.
An Austin air conditioner should be checked before summer, and a furnace or heat pump before the first freeze. Care Club does both for $9.99 a month: two annual HVAC tune-ups on an enrolled system, a yearly whole-home plumbing safety inspection, 5% off repairs, priority scheduling and no dispatch fees, ever. If something fails at night or on a holiday, members pay standard rates with no after-hours trip fee. Larger jobs can be financed through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval.
The whole metro. Central Austin neighborhoods like Crestview, Mueller and Tarrytown; the northern suburbs of Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Hutto, Taylor and Coupland; the southern corridor through Manchaca, Buda and Kyle; the Hill Country side in Dripping Springs, Driftwood and Spicewood; and Del Valle, Manor and Elgin to the east. Our office is at 901 Reinli St. in Austin, and we dispatch from there 24 hours a day. If your town is not on the list, call anyway; the boundary is not a hard line. The full list, with a page for each community, is on our Austin service area page.
No. Radiant is available 24/7, and the price we quote is the price you pay whether it is a Tuesday morning or the Fourth of July. There are no surprise fees for after-hours work. You will always see the quote before we start, and that quote is honored for 72 hours under our Home Comfort Guarantee. Care Club members also skip dispatch fees entirely and get 24/7 emergency service at standard rates with no after-hours trip fee.
Electrical service is Austin-area only. Our Austin office holds a Texas electrical license (40671) alongside its plumbing (M-42438) and HVAC (TACLB138285E) licenses, so in Austin and its suburbs we can handle a panel upgrade, an EV charger, a whole-home generator or a repair in the same visit as the plumbing or air conditioning work. Our San Antonio office handles plumbing and HVAC. Details are on the Austin electrical page.
From late May through September, it is an air conditioner that stopped cooling, usually a failed capacitor, a refrigerant leak or a clogged condensate drain after weeks of continuous running. The rest of the year the calls spread out: water heaters scaled up by hard water, slab leaks where the clay has shifted a pipe, drains that back up after a big rain, and the first cold front of the season revealing a furnace that will not light. Almost all of them get cheaper if you call at the first sign, and our AC maintenance and heating pages explain what those signs look like.
