Highly recommend Grady from Radiant plumbing and Air conditioning. Our HVAC unit died on us on a Saturday afternoon and I could not get anyone to come and take a look at it. Finally in the evening I got a hold of Radiant and they confirmed that a technician could come on Sunday to have it looked at. Our system is 18 years old. Grady came as per schedule and was extremely professional, respectful and efficient. He was very communicative with what was going on with the unit. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what our options were going forward. Our unit was beyond repairs and advised us that it would be cheaper to replace the unit versus repairing since due to the age of the unit. He did not charge us for the service and even got us on the schedule for a specialist to come and talk to us about replacement options all on the same day. I recommend using their services for your HVAC needs.

We have had a plumbing issue in both of our bathrooms for a while that we put off getting fixed because of an extraordinarily expensive quote that we received from another company. I finally broke down and contacted radiant yesterday and within a few minutes of submitting my inquiry online they called me to confirm someone would be able to come out the following day. Today, they contacted me in the morning to confirm again and called when the technician was 30 minutes out. They followed this call up with a text message that not only communicated the name of the technician that would be arriving, but also some fun facts about the individual which I thought was TRULY a really nice touch. Makes you feel a little better about the stranger that’s about to enter your home lol.

The technician that arrived was named Noah and I appreciated that he was punctual, kind, professional and addressed all of my concerns and offered solutions that were within my budget. He showed me the areas of concern once the work was completed, and explained steps I could take to avoid the issue in the future. He also mentioned that if I had any other issues regarding the items fixed that I could reach out and they would come to resolve it for free.

All in all I experienced quick, kind, professional service from the customer care who I initially spoke to, down to the technician and I would highly recommend for any drain issues you may be having!

We had an urgent issue that needed to be inspected and addressed. Speaking with the office was easy and they were communicative about their availability and timing. Within 2 hours Matt arrived and investigated the issue. Matt provided several options and patiently explained the pros (benefits) and cons (cost/longevity) of each option. His information help me be sure I was comfortable with the decision I made. Once the work was approved Matt went straight to work and was happy to walk me through everything he was doing and seeing. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was as informed of the details as I wanted to be. Ultimately my issue was resolved and Matt walked through a process to confirm the work resolved my problem. Matt made sure clean up the work area prior to taking payment which was a nice touch.

I’m happy with the work Matt did and I’m confident I won’t have the same problem again.

Justin Blair my technician was very professional , courteous, and knowledgeable. He also enhanced my knowledge on AC maintenance.

This is a Outstanding company, They came to the Rescue , when i was suffering in my house without AC for a week, Justin told me that the warehouse had the part to fix the problem within the same day.

1 hour to get the part from the warehouse . He came back as promised within the hour . The technician took his time and was very thorough! He was working on my A/C blower motor module for a few hours above 100 degrees in the Attic. I am forever grateful for this company . I will be using Radiant moving forward , bc i can count on this company to fix the problem the same day!

I was using another company for maintenance for a few years with Casa Mechanical which i was very disappointed with them on my last service , that company came on June 30 which was a Friday, the company did not have the part and bc it was over the Holiday, they couldn’t order the part until Wednesday bc they were closed during July 3-4th.

Radiant was able to schedule my appointment the day before the holiday on July 3 on Monday before the 4th of July!

When the Radiant technician came to my house , he troubleshooted the problem which was the A/C Blower module/ Blower motor , the tech told me the warehouse had the part and he could fix the A/C the same day!

My unit exploded with water last night. After a call, Radiant had him here TODAY. Right when he said he was going to be here( the little things) Actually, a little early…

My house is now cool.

As a business owner that has captained a ship during a business storm, I know how difficult it is to coordinate. And I know that many companies are struggling to keep up with demand on these punishingly hot days.

But they were spot on. Exceeding expectations.

I had tried some other companies and they started with price. All unreasonable. But not Radiant. They were beyond fair.And on the way. On a Saturday.

Finally, Anthony was one of the most professional and personable people I have met in this industry. He took his time and explained to me what was happening. And helped me make the best choices for me based on my considerations. He did that by listening.

My A/C has been on its last legs for a while now, but it's been holding itself together. I'd previously used Radiant to repair my hot water heater and some other plumbing issues, so I went to them again regarding my A/C. I called one evening, and they sent someone the next morning. John's inspection was thorough, and he documented everything in photos, and walked me through the various issues he discovered. Since it's a 16 year old unit, I decided to look at options for replacing the entire system, rather than continue with short-term fixes. Majed came out the next day to discuss various brand, options and prices. He explained everything in clearly understandable ways, and there was no pressure to upsell to something beyond my budget. Now I'm having a new A/C unit installed just 3 days later, at a price I am comfortable with. I'm impressed with Radiant!

My thermostats started to temporarily lose power. It was very frustrating because it would reset my temperature to the thermostats default. I put in a ticket through radiants website and got a call from the company within 30 min. They were booked up for a few days but got me squeezed in. The tech quickly identified the issue as a faulty zone control board. They had a replacement in stock instead of having to order a new one and got it switched out within a few hours including pickup time. I do have to say that the first tech crossed a couple wires and the issue restarted a few days later but I got a hold of radiant and they got a new tech out the next morning who quickly found the issue and corrected for no extra charge. The fact that they got a new tech out immediately and admitted that the new panel wasn't installed perfectly means a lot. A lot of companies will try to find another "issue" and make another sell while fixing the original mistake. Nobody is perfect and it means a lot when companies will admit this and fix the mistakes.

Our "homeowner" water shut-off valve from the city's manhole (water supply) to our house was rusted in place and not usable. Also, the water shut-off valve located in our garage did not fully shut off the water flow into the house. Radiant Plumbing's plumber, JESSE LOPEZ, did an excellent job upgrading our old and broken shut-off valves and associated piping, with new units that work perfect, and we are now able to completely shut off the water flow from the city's manhole to our house in two locations (at the street and in our garage). It is such a relief to know that if we should ever need to completely shut off the water supply to our house in a hurry, we now have two ways to do this. Many thanks to JESSE LOPEZ who we feel went above and beyond the original scope of work to ensure that all existing leaks were repaired. Not only was he very professional, he was extremely courteous and the service he performed for us was outstanding!

Needed a couple of hot water recirculating pumps installed for a remodel. Called a few of the better companies in town since I wanted people experienced installing these systems. Got tired of them all charging $79 just to come and give you a quote. Radiant lowers that to $39 which is helpful. Radiant sent out plumber Zach who was an absolute professional from start to finish. Their bid was almost identical to competitors and they gave me a good, better, best option as I requested. Zach did excellent work and he always took the time to explain everything to my elderly dad who wants to know about the entire process. Work was neat and tidy when he was finished.

(Competition was surprisingly bad during estimate. Criticized recent work and told me I paid too much and should have called him for the installation, when I never told him what I paid to begin with! Told
me it wasn’t up to code when we had passed with what my contractor said is the strictest by the book guy in the department. Obviously just a ploy he uses to drum up business. Couldn’t get him out of the house fast enough.)

Radiant is great! They sent Preston out to deal with several small issues around the house, and he was terrific. On time, respectful of our house, and a great explainer as to what was going on (including how to change our reverse osmosis filters, which were crammed under our sink in an inaccessible way that he also managed to correct). Plus, he was a super nice guy and he speaks fluent Tagalog! Radiant has helped us with several plumping issues over the last year or so and I recommend them highly.

Update: Gunner came out on May 12, 2023, and installed a new osmosis system. He was also great! They got back to me almost immediately, had Gunner out there within an hour or so, and he knocked it our like a pro. Super friendly and knowledgeable, gave great tips about osmosis systems (he is an enthusiastic user himself), helped diagnose what was wrong with our old system, and was generally super on the ball. What a great team!

First let me start with we had 3 leaks in 2 pipes and one at or below slab grade. The first 3 visits from Radiant were so-so. The leaks were repaired but not the one in slab as it was missed due to being a slow leak, which wasn't enough to register on the meter and water from previous leaks made everyone think the leaks were fixed.

After a few calls and complaints from missing the in slab leak, we got a plumber named Talmage New. He is a miracle worker. Where previous plumbers didn't know what to do with below grade/in slab leaks, he was able to fix all the issues, route a new pipe and even fix problems down the line where other in slab locations had been using the leaking line as well. He was fast, thorough, professional and a joy to work with. If I'm being honest, if he hadn't been the one sent to finish up this work, this review would have been the complete opposite. Great service and we're very happy he was able to resolve all the issues.

Our AC unit went out on an early Friday morning before the 4th of July weekend 2022. Could not get the company who installed my unit to schedule to come take a look until Tuesday the following week! So I called Radiant and they said they’d try to get someone out same day. Yeah, well, no problem! Ryan showed up around 9:30am, had us diagnosed with a bad blower motor, and was back with parts for the repair by 1:30. He was done in another hour. So grateful for the quick turnaround, but also for the considerate care he felt for us. Thanks to Ryan @Radiant, we did not have to suffer through the next 4 triple digit days over the long holiday weekend and the house was cooling off by mid-afternoon Friday. Thank you!!!

Add on: Next round! Late April 2023 and now our compressor is busted. John did the maintenance we were scheduled for (lucky timing) and then diagnosed the compressor issues. He was patient and understanding and stayed long to talk to me about possible options, got on the phone for me to schedule a specialist to come the next morning for repair or replacement estimates. Y'all are all awesome! Sorry to John's wife who was prob bugging him to get on the road since he was here til after 6pm (!) but I'm grateful for his patient kindness and help with setting up my next move for the HVAC repair.

Next day Joe came by to have a look and spend SO MUCH TIME putting together all our possible options. He's patient and thorough as well. We are grateful for y'all's help.

Wonderful experience with the company! Needed to get a bid on running a water line out the back our our warehouse. Zak and Jesse showed exactly on time they scheduled and let us know when they were on their way. They gave us excellent service. Listened to exactly what we were wanting. Zak gaves us his feedback on his thoughts on the project and gave some good advice to save us an extra 60ft of pipe. He chose what was best for us not only for best operations but financially as well, which is rare in a trade these days. Communication was amazing! Got me our bids before leaving the property. Once we decided and pulled the trigger they were out the next morning to complete the work. Great quality, looks very clean! Had it done super quick too, it was very obvious that Zak & Jesse take pride in their work and care about their customers and not just increasing the invoice amount. Zak even gave me some troubleshooting tips on an issue with my homes plumbing over the phone, outside of business hours. Couldn't have been more satisfied with them and the company. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs without question! Excellent job Zak & Jesse and thank for making this as easy and stress free as possible!!

Even though I didn't use this business, I felt I had to show my appreciation to Marina and Gil Jones. When a water pipe burst on my front lawn, I called and spoke to Marina. She was so sweet and empathetic. She put a priority on my call so someone could come out to my house as soon as possible. Gil Jones arrived, and unfortunately, my brother had called another plumber, who was already present. I let Gil know, and he graciously said no problem. He left but came back soon after to explain the process of fixing the leak and the work involved. What makes him special to me is that he didn't want me to be taken advantage of, and he took the time to make sure I knew what to expect from the other plumber. Fortunately for me, the information that Gil gave me was the same as what I was told, and the leak was fixed. Even though I didn't use Radiant Plumbing & A/C, I am so grateful to them for being helpful and kind. I will definitely reach out to them if I ever need to. I'm sure their services are worth 5 stars, just as Marina & Gil are. Thank you guys so much!🙂

Had a leak water pipe near the boiler. Had called other businesses first but when I explain where the leak is they all said no bc without asking they assumed it was the boiler. Called Radiant they were very helpful they asked for more details and thru their proving questions they determined even though the pipe was by the boiler it was not a boiler line. So I was sold already since they actually wanted to help unlike the other businesses they just wanted me off the phone. Their tech came out the next day on time. He was professional well dressed and well spoken explained the issues and gave me an actual estimate I agree to have it fixed and my issue is solved. Next time I will call Radiant for repairs.I will not waste any time calling local or other businesses that only want easy money and not work. Based on my experience I highly recommend Radiant! Good Job Radiant you get all the stars!

1/23/2023 Continued great service. This time Jason from plumbing division provided a plumbing inspection and I added in a hot water heater flush. Thorough inspection with tiered options for some repairs and mx. The hot water heater flush went great with informative explanation of the process. Great work.

6/24/2022 second A/C unit went down today. Great service like last month. I called for the servie in the morning and technician arrived few hours later. Prompt and courteous work. Technician Lucas explained the process what he was checking and the plan of action. A/C was back up and running in no time.

5/10/2022 I cold called at 1000 am for A/C repair service for a failed system not working and the tech arrival was only 2 hours later. Dispatch called and sent a text when Tech was 20 minutes prior to arrival. The technician, Troy, was polite and explained his plan to troubleshoot problems and what to expect along the way. Each step he explained items he was finding in system causing system to not work properly. It took some time for him to research parts and carefully put together pricing to repair sytem or consider replacing as this A/C system was 12 years old. He provide a tiered set of options from bandaid fix solutions, to mx items probably should fix as well as they were close to failing and estimate range to replace system. His truck had a supply of necessary repair parts to get system running again while I considered replacement options. Great service by Troy and Radiant support team taking call to set up and keep me informed of tech arrival.

Jeff from Radiant plumbing was phenomenal for us. We recently found a leak in a guest room of our house that caused mold and we were under a ton of stress to get the issue fixed as soon as possible with a baby on the way. Jeff was able to come out the same day I called (was within an hour after I called actually) and did a thorough assessment of the situation. He then laid out several different options for the best ways to treat the issue and we were able to schedule the work for the following morning. He came out right on time and was able to complete the job within a couple of hours. He was the utmost professional and truly a master of his craft! I can’t thank Jeff and Radiant plumbing enough for their professionalism, thoroughness, and quick response to take care of our issue immediately. From the time I called to when the work was completed was barely over 12 hours in total. You can’t beat that!

I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink on Thursday evening. and called the 24hr. service line. Spoke to a articulate and helpful person who scheduled us for the following day (requesting a morning call). Was contacted by Radiant Dispatch around 0800 the next day (Friday) and was informed a plumber could be at our place within an hour or so. Mr. Jason Repman showed up on time and with a great "can-do" and cheerful attitude. After examining the issue he exited to his vehicle to prepare a bid for repair. I braced myself for an incoming bid-missile. The bid was very fair and reasonable; relief! The work was efficient, extremely thorough and actually exceeded my expectations because Jason was noticeably careful to make sure any peripheral issues were addressed as well. Bottom line: When we need a plumber again, we will be calling Radiant and requesting Jason in particular.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Radiant! We had a leak in a pipe in the wall under our sink and were having to turn our water off at the street at night. We collected the water in a bucket during the day over the weekend. Tried a couple of plumbers and they couldn't come out for 3-4 days. I have always enjoyed your commercials and realized I should "call Radiant"! I was able to schedule the appointment that day! The guys (Zach Carlisle and Zak Schockency) now known as "The Zak Attack!"! were there as promised. They assessed the problem and were back the next morning right on time and fixed the problem. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Note: As I watched them work I recalled your ads again and we began to throw around some names. (They were diagnosing the problem...so "The Drs. Z" came up and "The Z Men",etc. But we settled on the "Zak Attack" because that is really what they did...attacked the problem and did a great job! Polite and courteous and they answered all my questions so I learned quite a bit as well. Hope to see "The Zak Attack!" on TV soon!! Thanks Radiant!

Just a quick update. Radiant installed our fantastic AC system a year and a half ago. Part of the contract includes twice yearly maintenance visits on the HVAC and one visit for plumbing checks, including flushing the water heater. This morning we were able to do both at once, with Jay R. doing the plumbing and Nestor L. doing the HVAC check. Jay and Nestor were both super friendly and speedy, able to explain things in understandable ways. Jay suggested some plumbing improvements that might address an issue we've had with sediment, but didn't do a hard sell on them - just suggested them as possibilities. I appreciated that - learning about some options but not getting pushed on making decisions. They were here right at the beginning of the service window we'd selected, and they were all done quickly, so minimal disruption to the day. Great service!
One other nice thing Radiant does - when your service tech is on the way, Radiant sends a text that includes the tech's name, photo, and sometimes some personal interest details. It's good info to have!

I am so impressed with the services provided by Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning! From very friendly and helpful staff on the phone, to very personable, helpful, and thorough conversations with technicians (Tim and Joe) about my current 18 year old AC unit issues and options for replacement, to the nice installing technicians that left my attic cleaner than I found it, I am so thankful I found Radiant! Joe has also been incredibly helpful answering any post-install questions of mine. I highly recommend this company!

11/10/22 Update: My capacitor went out, likely due to the recent storms and nearby lightning strikes / power surges. I spoke with a very sweet girl at Radiant re: scheduling my appointment, and I was lucky enough to get two excellent technicians (Javier A and Shiloh), who not only researched recent service visits for my 2-year old Goodman AC (prior to them coming to my house!), they also thoroughly inspected my AC Unit, identified the problem (capacitor failure likey due to recent power surges), fixed the problem, thoroughly explained the issue to me, and recommened two surge protectors, since this same issue occurred this summer. I am so impressed, and I’m thankful that I purchased my AC unit through Radiant two years ago!

Ezekiel from Radiant plumbing came and repaired the leaking from our toilet. Earlier this same year our home flooded from the same toilet when something on it burst. All this had happened after major heart surgery. I called another company first and made an appointment and when they called me to cancel 1/2 hour before the appointment, I was told they could not reschedule us for a week, literally 7 days. I then called Radiant Plumbers and explained our situation. Contrary to the other company, I spoke to a responsive and caring individual who scheduled us for the next work day and said she would call us if a cancellation. Much to my surprise, I was called shortly thereafter that a plumber could be at our home shortly. Ezekiel arrived, was very professional and did a thorough job fixing our issue. Our experience was totally different from this other company. Radiant plumbing actually cared. I will definitely call them again if we need a plumber in the future. Radiant Plumbing’s customer service is top shelf. I called because of a leak on the side on my house. They quickly took down my information and let me know that a representative in my area would set up the schedule. The representative called and sent a text message letting me know when the plumber would be available, the name of the technician, a picture of the technician, and a brief bio about the technician.
When Jordan arrived he smiled, introduced himself, and shook my hand. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained clearly what he would check for and what options I have. It turned out I did not have a leak. Jordan explained the source of the water and gave great options to fix the issue. It was a pleasure meeting Jordan and will be selecting the best option for my family knowing we are in great hands with Jordan and Radiant. Thank you.
