I recently had the pleasure of working with Radiant Plumbing, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. Jeff, the technician who assisted me, deserves special recognition for his outstanding work.

He explained everything to me so that I was able to understand what he was doing and what needed to be done. He only repaired what was necessary. This was a refreshing change from my previous service experiences, where technicians often seemed rushed and provided vague explanations.
Javier's attention to detail and clear communication not only gave me confidence in his work but also helped me make informed decisions about my system's maintenance. It is for this reason that his face was chosen to appear on the side of your vehicle for this company. He knows how to make a wrong and right!

Radiant is expensive but the service was excellent. My initial appointment was set at between 1 and 4 in the afternoon. A tech was available in the area before then and by 10:40 he was there and analyzed the problem with my leaking kitchen faucet. Zachary found that my water pressure was extremely high coming from the main valve, which I was told about when I had the new house inspection. Back then I was told it would gradually get better as they built more homes. Well in three years it had not gotten any better. I was given 6 different quote options. I choose to have the main valve replaced and a new kitchen faucet installed. Before noon David and another tech were on the way with the parts and by 2:00 everything was fixed. I am retired and live on a small pension and SS so I watch my expenses carefully and even though it was expensive I recommend them. I noted the difference in my water pressure immediately and know that it will help prevent future problems. To get that kind of service , three plumbers and excellent parts, you should expect a higher cost.

Well from the start I was really dissatisfied this man got off his truck smiling like one of my cats that swallowed my granny's cannery and really love it, and as the he looked over the job inspect it and really tried to save it but I knew you can't save a dead horse so we settled on what we needed to have done no push what so ever he worked hard all day with out even taking a brake and not just that as far as the job he reminded me of my drill sergeant saying if you don't go do not just your best but go above and beyond on everything you do the work would be a waste of time as for my disappointment I love a good fight and there as none not even a sand kick, I would say if you don't keep Jason your hurting your business Jason keep it up kid your going places.Charlie Astorino The Texas Italian Stallion yall

Our 18 year old HVAC system finally gave out this past week, so we reached out to Radiant to see what could be done. They sent a tech out named Bryan the same day, and he did a great job looking over the entire HVAC system. He was friendly and helpful in explaining everything that he saw, and our options moving forward. We decided to replace the entire system, so we met with Jacob (same day thankfully) to find the best HVAC system for our needs. Jacob was friendly, professional, and did a great job explaining the different options on offer. Radiant was able to set-up next day install, which was much appreciated, because the temps were still going to be cold in the coming days.

The install team consisted of Carlos and Pablo, who were very courteous and professional, and were kind enough to answer any questions I had regarding the install. They did a great job installing our new HVAC system, and were tidy which is always appreciated! Before they left, they explained everything that had been done, and showed me photos of the work.

Our entire experience from start to finish was great. I appreciate that they send photos of who is coming to your home too. Friendly, kind, professional team members, and good work all the way around. Thanks Radiant!

This is the first time I’ve used radiant my neighbor recommended them…. I called them today and they set me up an appointment on the same day. I was totally shocked at that and the service call was only $39!!…. Highly recommend them Danielle showed up and he was a great guy and he put up with all my wishy-washiness and I had to hurry him because I was heading to church and he got caught in a lot of traffic getting here he even would’ve installed the part that broke but I Didn’t have the time tonight….. He was patient with me and just told me to call the office first thing in the morning and get a service call set up…. Thank you so much Radiant!!….
With another cold front coming in tomorrow now I just hope they can get me scheduled for a separate call tomorrow but I have a feeling they will. They are such a great company!!😊😊

Robert (Corey) just left, and I immediately came to my computer to leave a review. Talk about top-notch, professional, and personable service. After dealing with the hassle of a different HVAC company the day prior (not knowing the true dx of the problem, the service call cost, the cost to find the fault location, etc), intuitvely I decided to call Raidant to give me a second opinion.
I called at 7:30 on a Sunday morning to get on the schedule, and Robert (Corey) was here by 8:30. 5 minutes later he was able to diagnose the problem, had the part on hand, and took care of our furnace issue and had heat running back through our home within the hour.
Robert was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and a true professional. I wish the monthly service plan came with being able to pick our technician. We'd pick Robert, hands down, 100% of the time. Radiant, hold on to this guy - he's a good one!!

I recently had a residential tankless water heater installed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The communication was clear, prompt, and transparent, ensuring I was well-informed throughout the process.

The entire team we worked with was great. We needed to get a new unit and replace old duct work. From Ryan S. who came out to help us with the initial issue to Cory who walked us through the entire process, literally talked to us for probably 3 plus hours, to figure out what was the best unit for our home. Cory followed up through the entire process to make sure we were informed and happy with everything. Ashton and Andrew C. did a great job during install, and returned when we had a small issue and did a quick repair the next day. And finally Tim the tool man who finished up all the construction and repairs to the new vents installed and repainted any damaged areas from our strange attic access space. Tim also went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired better than it was probably initially constructed on the house in '86. Really appreciated the whole team who helped us.

We moved into our house in July and have needed Radiant to come out a few times. Gilbert was here a couple times for regular maintenance. He always provided very clear documentation and was professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. We ended up replacing our hvac system. It reached the end of its life. We worked with a sales rep and two installers (sorry I forgot their names). They were all very friendly and provided great service & attention to cleanup, etc. They ended up sending a carpenter to fix an attic ladder that had to be reinstalled after fitting the hvac through. I can absolutely say that Tim left our house a lot better than when he got here! He was friendly, professional, and provided really nice work. He cleaned up when he was done and my garage was cleaner than when he got here! Thanks, Tim!! Anyway, Radiant must be a great place to work, because each and every person I have interacted with (6 total) has been really nice to be around, they all seem to take pride in/care about their quality of their work, and never have I felt they were just rushing through the job. It’s so nice to find a company like Radiant!

Called over a week ago and set up a scheduled apt for free inspection for 12/1/23 and also plans on replacing my water heater with Radiant. Which I have spent over 1700.00 with Radiant for upgrading my HVAC unit. This was to get ready for the upcoming winter, which I took a whole day off since they could not provide a scheduled time. No one called nor showed up to my home. Called today and was told there were emergency phone calls than normal this date I scheduled. Which I understand, but a courtesy call would have been nice. So to make up for the missed appointment on their end, the person at Radiant was going to set up a time today (12/2)or Sunday(12/3). Which I have schedule engagements and asked if it could be done next weekend and was told that could not be done. Only Monday-Friday. Mind you I took off a whole day and received a no call no show. Imagine MY frustrations with what I’m being told. I will go with another company to take my business else where.

***Update***Received a phone call on Monday 12/4/23 from posting this rating on Saturday 12/2/23. They sincerely apologized for the no call no show and wanted to make it right. I was working from home on Tuesday and they sent out a HVAC tech Justine B. Received updates when he was to arrive at my home. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me the thumbs up on my system. I’m happy to report that I will stay with them and set up an apt for my water heater next! Thank you Radiant!

Piling on.... Have now had Radiant out for two plumbing and two HVAC issues (old house - don't get me started)... 5-star every time. Today our A/C went on the blink, and miraculously, Radiant was able to get a tech out to us same day. Daniel was terrific - got our decade-old system back online, was polite and informative and no-pressure re: up-selling. When this system does bite the dust, we will call on Radiant (and Daniel!!) to get a new system. It's such a comfort that 1. we won't be sweating through the night tonight, and 2. we have our go-to HVAC and plumbing company.

Can’t say enough good things about Radiant. Easy to schedule - called on a Sunday, got service on a holiday Monday. Tyler came to diagnose whether we had a slab leak or a leak in the water line leading to the house; formerly for our bank account it was the latter.
Tyler was courteous and professional, and was very friendly as I hovered while he worked and pestered him with questions.
He worked up a range of quotes - from the bare bones we needed to fix the current problem, to a range of preventative measures we will tackle later on. Zero pressure to spend more than we were comfortable with.
Radiant was recommended to us by our next door neighbors and is currently doing major plumbing work on the house across the street. All Radiant in this neighborhood!
We will definitely use Radiant moving forward - and will request Tyler for sure. Five stars.

Update to the update - just had technician John out to assess our troubled aged ac system, which is finally giving up the ghost. He was super thorough - took photos of all of the things he noted in the system, and explained the different system specs and what the readings meant. We talked about what it would cost to fix vs the cost of a new system, and I did not feel like he was up selling. We continue to feel great about Radiant!

Radiant scheduled me promptly and kept me informed of the arrival of our technician the night before along with the morning of and sent over a little bio of the technician, which I thought was really cool. Our technician Farid was very nice and respectful. He listening to all of my problems with the system and was very receptive, you could really tell you were being listened to. Never once did I feel like he was trying to just “sell me something”. After his initial assessment he showed me our equipment and devices and educated me on proper ranges of amps and other number ranges (though at the moment can’t remember the technical specifics they belong to 😅)that my system should be operating in. He gave me personal recommendations that were backed my experience and just making sure our outdoor fan unit would last as long as possible. Showed me what proper upkeep and care of our system looked like which I really appreciate and value.
The price tag at the end was over what I was expecting (because I tend to lowball everything in my head TBH and I also got some optional preventative care) but It’s absolutely nothing compared to the unbreakable peace of mind that Farid gave me through his careful and thorough work today.
I really am happy that we called Radiant and am super happy we hit the lottery with such an experienced technician.

We had a water leak that flooded almost half of our 2400 sq ft home. I called Radiant because we had looked at reviews and ratings of a number of plumbing companies. Radiant’s was 4.5 of 5. So we called. It was Friday evening. They wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday. On Monday, Anthony (a leak specialist), came and within about 3 hours, he had discovered the source of the leak. It is in the wall behind our refrigerator. How he got there, I cannot begin to understand, but it is definitely the source of the problem. He communicated with us all along the way. He talked with one of his coworkers about our situation to confirm the repair options he would eventually present to us. Other than never wanting to have this happen, I could not be happier with the service we have received so far and with Anthony’s professionalism. Today, 12/26/19, had an excellent experience with Radiant. This was for a voluntary project I wanted completed. Service technicians were very courteous, helpful and efficient. Project was completed efficiently and the two small excavation areas were finished off almost like nothing was ever done. This was my first experience with Radiant but will certainly call them again when a plumbing, HVAC, or drain issue arises. I’m not a huge price shopper when it comes to repair work but I had an idea of what to expect for my project because I had asked another company for an estimate beforehand. Radiant was very similar in pricing. Again, I will contact Radiant again and would certainly recommend them.
10/17/2023. Again used Radiant for a gas line to cooktop issue. This was after the appliance installers were here. Radiant techs, Trevor and Steven, were extremely courteous and efficient and reinstalled the gas line in a better way. They did not install the actual appliance but reinstalled the gas line. I will use Radiant again.

My first time using Radiant was a great experience. David was our technician. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He was able to install the new water heater same day even though he would have to stay late. He even cleaned up before he left. I would recommend Radiant to everyone! Thanks David & the Radiant team!

UPDATE: I called Radiant for a second opinion on HVAC repairs. Our technician Eric was wonderful- he was thorough, professional, gave additional helpful tips and was very knowledgeable about our system. He provided all service options for us to consider and was honest in his assessment. I would have happily gone with Radiant for the repairs but the price difference was a factor for me.I felt reassured by Eric's assessment and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for the future. I would definitely recommend Radiant to anyone who asks! Thank you!

John Murphy spent the time to find a real solution to our longstanding problem (he's the 3rd man to come service this system), and then he cleaned up after himself. I'm so relieved after his visit and will be sure to request him specifically if we're in need in the future.

UPDATE: 6/15/23; Despite the previous exhaustive measures JOHN took to solve our AC dying at the worst possible times, it died AGAIN last Friday. Between 2 visits this week, NASER discovered and solved a previously hidden issue, which hopefully means our family will be kept in safe temperatures as the Texas summer heats up. I especially appreciate a professional who is able to communicate what he is doing so that a layperson can understand.

UPDATE: 9/22/23; Today, Grady came and quickly discovered that a length of pipe wasn't insulated, which allowed so much condensation on the living room ceiling that I it's damaging the drywall. He confirmed that everything with the AC is still working perfectly since Naser replaced the motor in June.

I’ve been using Radiant for years and always get great service. They may not be the cheapest plumber, but this is truly a case where you get what you pay for and they mean it when they guarantee their work!

I’ve had a variety of issues this Summer and Jeff Hicks finally helped identify and resolve some tricky, ongoing problems! I’ve nicknamed him Sherlock for his plumbing detective skills. What I appreciate most, after his kindness and patience is how he showed me test data and demonstrated in my house the problems he found. He spent most of a day digging, replacing things, and fixing a bad leak caused by damage from too much pressure coming from the city water line. And he proved the fixes when he was done by repeating the tests he showed me before the fixes. One really surprising fix was that our shower was never hot enough unless you turned the hot water heater temp up to “B”, which could reduce the life of the heater. He was able to turn the temp way down to what it should be AND I’m getting nice, hot showers now…yay! Turns out my old faucet was letting cold water cross into the hot, so all he had to do was replace that faucet cartridge. And again. He was able to prove to me that I was getting cold water in the hot water stream before making the fix. Plumbing is a bit of a mystery to me so him showing me what was happening really meant a lot. Thank you Radiant and Jeff!!

We have nothing but excellent things to say about our experience with Radiant! We had used ABC in the past and after waiting 4 days for them to fit us in their schedule (unless of course we wanted to pay double for an “after hours” call which doesn’t work for us as we have 4 small children), I decided to go with Radiant since we had an active leak in our garage and couldn’t wait any longer. They were able to get us in the same day and our plumber Ryan was extremely helpful. He was very thorough in his work, identifying the root cause of our issues, as well as explaining them in a way that made sense. He was very accommodating with our schedule and texting us to let us know when we could anticipate his arrival the following day to install our new water softener. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! We are now customers for life!

Zak diagnosed why we had no hot water from our attic heater. The pilot had gone out due, most likely from a freak wind gust hitting the exhaust vent. I had him install a water leak cut off valve as a precaution. And he showed me how to do the annual water heater flush, saving me the cost of having Zak do it. He was friendly, courteous and just plain pleasant to work with. I’m going to keep using Radiant they may cost a bit more but they’re folks professional and they stand by their work getting it right the first time.

Mr. Urioste insulated the water pipes under my home. We met at a plumbing supply store as I was buying insulation supplies to do it myself. He generously offered advice and to help. He came out clearly knew what he was doing and quoted a fair price. (I’ve learned a pro can do what would take me hours if not days to do.) He was a delight to chat with both before and after the work. I’ll ask for him in the future.

I had Radiant Plumbing replace my tankless water heater, damaged in the Feb. 2021 snowmageddon storm with a new unit. The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The plumber, James, was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my options to me. The cost and time to perform the installation were just as estimated. When he was done, James explained how to maintain the system, what service would be needed and how to perform it, and answered all of my engineering geek questions. It was a thoroughly positive experience. I have used several different plumbers in Austin over the past 15 yrs, but my search is over - I will not hesitate to call Radiant next time and would recommend them unreservedly.

8/9/23 Update: I have subsequently used Radiant for a toilet repair, faucet installation (Danny), and drain work (Ezekiel) and they have continued to impress with knowledgeable, friendly plumbers and quality work.

We had a small issue with low water pressure in our kitchen sink. Radiant was able to get someone out the same day I called, communication was great leading up to their arrival—they even asked how I preferred to be contacted which I really appreciate.

Zach was very kind, courteous and professional, but most important he was extremely thorough in making sure he could eliminate all potential issues with the faucet/plumbing before making the final assessment. We were charged a very fair price and if anything I felt like Zach wanted to make sure we weren’t paying more than we needed to in order to have one part replaced on our faucet to resolve the issue. We appreciate this kind of service so much, especially because it feels like we live in a world of hidden fees and additional charges these days often paired with poor customer service.

We will 100% be calling Radiant again with any future plumbing/HVAC needs!

I had water damage to a kitchen cabinet and my wood floor behind the fridge and called to see if they could figure out if it was a smal leak from the wall or the fridge. They sent our Jeff who does a lot of leak detection for them. He should no leaks in the house via pressure testing and even went in the attic alto check as my lines all run up there. He did find while he was up there that my on demand water heater expansion tank was bad. It had also much rust on the bottom it was not going to be before it leaked. The expansion tank was full of water rather than air and he replaced it quickly. Now we are off to replace this old fridge and have a dehumidifier working on the area to dry out everything. Will replace the floor, cabinet and baseboards this weekend. Just glad we know the real cause!
