The Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning family is excited to announce that we have been recognized as one of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in the United States! This award is given to those companies within the nation that have displayed tremendous growth as well as their anticipated future financial progression.
This is the first time in 20 years that our company name is featured on this list and it’s something we are definitely proud to add to our repertoire of awards which include Austin’s Best in Plumbing and HVAC as well as a two-time Best Places to Work winner.
Owner, Brad Casebier, notes that “While we are honored to be included in the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Businesses [list], I want to state that rapid growth is not our focus. We are very tightly focused on the customer experience and the employee experience. Growth is a byproduct of good business practices.”
Inc. 5000 listed Radiant as one of only 34 businesses in the state of Texas for the Consumer Products & Services category. This recognition represents our 32% growth from last year as well as our forecasted growth of 60% for 2019.
“We started off 2019 with around 74 employees and [we] will conclude the year with 100. Our current revenue is tracking at [a] 60% growth rate,” said Casebier.
