Radiant Makes 2020 Inc. 5000 List

Team Radiant Did it Again!  We Are One of the Fastest Growing Companies in America!

Radiant has made the coveted Inc. 5000 list for a second year in a row, solidifying our status as one of America’s fastest growing private companies and ones to watch in years to come. Our significant growth and resilience in the face of COVID-19 has earned the company the 2647th position — a leap of more than 2000 spaces since 2019’s list. The Inc. 5000 is an elite showcase of America’s most successful and fastest developing private companies, and Radiant is honored to be listed among the country’s most inspiring entrepreneurs. This accolade comes on the back of several others in 2020, including the inaugural Inc. 5000 Series: Texas and Austin Business Journal’s list of best workplaces.

Over the last 12 months, the company has seen noteworthy growth of more than 50% and since March alone, 34 new employees now call Radiant their home. “Our employees know that we care about them and that continues to draw the most qualified technicians to us,” said co-owner Brad Casebier. “Our continued growth is directly related to the quality of our workplace culture and our dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of our team.”

The key to Radiant’s continued success, even during times of great uncertainty, has been our ability to adapt and reinvent the way the company operates. Administrative departments have been transformed overnight to operate exclusively in a virtual workspace. The company has also implemented new procedures for field technicians such as remote training through virtual ride alongs, video chat service calls to interact with customers, and contactless curbside pickup for parts at our warehouse. All these new systems and protocols have been designed with an eye toward both efficiency and safety for all involved. Owners Brad & Sarah recently discussed how they transformed the company into a virtual workplace and the great efficiencies that ensued on Kenny Rahmeyer’s podcast ‘The Business of Business Austin.’ Listen here.

In late 2019, owners Brad and Sarah Casebier appointed industry veteran Keith Mercurio as director of leadership development. His expertise and experience has been instrumental in our  ability to continuously reinvent ourselves and stay ahead of the curve. “We’re constantly striving to build a better company for our staff and the customers we serve,” said co-owner Sarah Casebier. “We’ve achieved amazing growth, and we celebrate every milestone. But each new day is another day we can aim to take Radiant to the next level, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our team.”

For the rest of 2020 and beyond, the future’s not only looking bright, it’s Radiant.
