Radiant has been recognized as ‘Best of the Best’ by The Austin American-Statesman for a third year on the trot. This award celebrates the best the Austin area has to offer, and we’re honored to once again be recognized. Team Radiant first attained this accolade in 2019 by reaching first place in the plumbing category. We were able to build on this success the following year by adding heating & ac service to our achievement. Now we’ve repeating last year’s double-win, and our trophy cabinet is bursting at the seams.
Awards decided by votes from the public means the most to the Radiant Team, since our main goal is 5-star customer service with every visit. We would be lying if we said we weren’t feeling good about our chances in this year’s race to be named Austin’s Best of the Best. After reaching a milestone in customer satisfaction earlier this year, we were confident we could achieve this feat once more. As of September 2021, Radiant proudly holds a 4.9 star rating on Google Reviews aggregated by feedback from over 7,000 customers. (Update: Now in January 2024, we have 5,000 more happy reviews on Google!)
