I had another problem that required a plumber, but I didn't have to think twice. Radiant did such a great job in March that when I discovered a water leak in one of my bathrooms, I called them immediately. Fortunately, they were able to get a technician out the same day. His name is Anthony Wright, and he exemplifies all that is right with a service company. He is confident, friendly, and very quick to recognize a problem. True to its reputation, this company seems to know how to hire the best, and Mr. Wright is definitely one of them. I'm not sure whether it is possible to request specific technicians, but I'll definitely try if I need Radiant again. I have had great luck with them and will continue to use them, should I need to.

I was greeted on the phone by a cheerful voice belonging to a young lady named Tracy, who scheduled an emergency response for the same day. Noah Catlett was dispatched and arrived well within the time frame. He is confident, knowledgeable, and thorough, and he is careful to explain everything completely. He found the problem and flushed the line, but suggested it be scoped for tree roots because there is a tree right next to it. Enter Alexis LaVallee, a Senior Specialist in drains, who ran a scope and showed me on her iPad the mass of roots that had broken into and started living in the pipe, necessitating repair or replacement. She worked with me to come up with a solution that satisfied me, and we moved forward on it. Alexis is a delight to deal with, showing concern, true empathy, and a desire to find the right solution. Both she and Noah are a credit and definite asset to their organization, and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for them by name, should the need ever arise.

Unfortunately during the process their Bobcat tractor severely punctured my water line! I immediately called Radiant and was relieved when I heard Erik was coming within the hour. Erik is an absolutely amazing plumber, and got the pipe repaired quickly. My water is now working fantastic! Erik deserves all the praise he gets. Thanks for the excellent service!

Both Jalen Davis, and Justin Simmons were top notch; probably some of the best service I have ever received when it comes to home repairs. I had another local company come check out my plumbing issue and they didn't even come close to the high quality service that Jalen & Justin provided - that company even quoted me a near $1K diagnostic without even checking ANY clean-outs or even getting a sense of the plumbing.

My hot water wasn’t working, I called and they offered me day off service, I was able to schedule for a convenient time the following day. They sent a confirmation email and later texted when the technician was on his way along with his photo and phone number. When he arrived he quickly identified the issue (broken valve on my 14 yr old water heater). He presented me with a variety of options to fit with any budget. I opted to replace the unit. I was able to schedule an appointment with radiant the same day that I started having issues with my main sewer line. A technician came out very nice and respectful. Did his job came and spoke with me and showed me everything that was going on and what needed to happen from there. I agreed and he contacted the scope guy. They came out scoped the line and found the issue and worked with me on being able to get it repaired in a timely manner. First off, I was impressed with the response I received and then for them to go above and beyond and get the issue resolved the next day while keeping me in the loop was very much appreciated. I called Radiant when my AC stopped cooling. I've seen their funny commercials on TV. A nice lady answered and explained their services to me. I ended up purchasing their maintenance program. They sent up to date notifications via text on when the technician would arrive gave me his name and even sent a picture of him. They sent Alex G. within a hour. When he arrived he put on shoe covers before he came into my house which was important to me. I explained the issue I was having he assessed my issue and explained the different maintenance packages they offered and he had my AC running again. I really liked how well trained they are and their professionalism and the fact that he was Spurs fan too was a HUGE plus. We bought our place in SA last summer and knew that the 20-year old AC was on its last legs, so when Radiant offered a basically free maintenance/inspection we took advantage of the opportunity. The very polite tech (whose name I unfortunately did not write down) revealed numerous issues - with pictures and full explanations. One of the small details - a quarter of the house had no attic insulation (thank you for missing that, home inspector). After reviewing repair options and with full consideration of the upcoming summer season and the age of the unit, we opted to have a complete replacement of the HVAC, along with adding insulation where it was lacking. Ryan and Travis showed up the next day and quickly and efficiently took out the old system and replaced it with a modern Carrier unit that is about twice as efficient as what was there before. Not only were they polite, friendly, professional, and willing to answer questions, but the quality of their work was exceptional. They returned a day or two later to complete the job, cleaning the air ducts and blowing in the insulation. The cleanup of the work site was immaculate.
The new unit is markedly quieter, cools better and more rapidly, uses much less electricity, and my wife and I have already noticed a difference thanks to the better filtration and removal of biologics that had probably been in the ducts for decades.
We are very happy with the work done by Radiant and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Brent came in with a smile on his face and was so polite and helpful as he diagnosed the issue. He also asked if I needed anything else done and was able to get almost everything I needed completed same day. He answered questions and offered solutions to easy fixes. We had a shower valve cartridge fail the other evening and the shower basically wouldn't turn off. As an engineer, I can do a lot with plumbing but not knowing exactly how to find the right cartridge and how to remove/replace it, I decided to get a plumber. I asked Gemini for recommendation on plumbers that service my area and Radiant plumbing was very high on the list. So, I called Radiant and they sent someone out the next morning as promised between 8 and 12 (probably closer to 9 or 9:30 which was great). Their plumber, Nicolas, was super nice and replaced the cartridge and reassembled the faucet in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy with the quick turn around, and the fact he had the replacement part right on his truck. On top of that, they gave me a veteran's discount, which was unexpected but really appreciated.

We had an entirely new HVAC system put in by Radiant, and from start to finish, the whole experience was great. Don Lee came by initially as part of the second quote appt we made with Radiant, and he spent over an hour with us talking about our HVAC, and explaining how we could try to fix the problem we had, or look into a new system. He was very honest and upfront about everything, and both my husband and I really appreciated that. We then had Ian Lueckemeyer come the following day to inspect our system to provide a quote for a new HVAC, and he was very friendly and professional, and also helped us when we reached out later in the evening to get an appt with Radiant to get a new HVAC. Fast forward to installation day, and Elias Alvarado and team did a great job getting everything taken care of in about 7 hours. I would like to take a moment to thank Nathaniel G. from Radiant Plumbing. I had a new HVAC system installed a while back and the Ventilation Control for the Fresh Air Ventilator was not working. Nathaniel came out with a new part and installed it. Fine enough. This is not just a plug-and-play device that is easily installed. There is complex wiring involved and Nathaniel had not installed one of these particular devices before outside of a new install. Instead of giving up and leaving, he took the time to learn how to properly wire it up and once he was confident that he could do it, proceeded to successfully install the controller. Once complete, he gave me a full demonstration of it working and explained everything in good detail. I am very satisfied with the work. The real point that I want to make here is: This is how going "Above and Beyond" is done. He could have left and came back later or sent another tech but instead he adapted and got the job done. My water heaters were making a knocking sound, likely because of buildup. They were 16 years old, and I knew I needed to replace them before they started leaking and causing damage to my ceiling. Erik Stratton was sent out, and he found leaks and other issues. He was professional and not pushy. He worked with his manager on the price, and I was able to replace both with a tankless water heater. He brought his partner Mason Washington to help, and they finished everything in the same day! I was very happy with the work and will definitely use them again in the future.
The same week, I had Farid Gorji stop in for an AC issue and he was amazing! Taking care of the issue immediately.

During that visit, he clearly explained that the plenum was oversized and not properly graduated, which likely contributed to airflow issues the system had experienced over its short life. With our previous company, I was paying $198 each time (spring/fall) the other company came out to tune up my HVAC. So the membership saves me $200 right off the bat. Super impressed.
