Upfront Pricing Guarantee

We guarantee that customers will be given an accurate quote before any work begins, no hidden fees. Guaranteed quote is valid for 72 hours.

We guarantee that all our technicians are trained, background checked and bonded to provide customers peace of mind against any potential damages, or liabilities.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will work with you to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a 10% inconvenience refund up to $1000.

Any HVAC install over $3000 will be certified and quality reviewed by a manager internally to ensure workmanship, quality and standards are adhered to. If there are any issues with the install, we’ll come out and make it right. For added peace of mind, feel free to reach out with any HVAC or installation questions through our customer care line: (303)-487-3663. To uphold our high standards, we also include a complimentary 1-year Care Club membership with your installation, providing your first seasonal tune up to keep everything running smoothly.

We guarantee that there will be no backup on drain clearing and sewer replacements. If you have a backup or slowing of drainage, we’ll come out at no charge to check it out. If it’s related to our work, we’ll make it right.

Exclusions and Limitations

The following are not covered under our guarantees:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Issues that arise from regular use and aging of equipment.
  • Customer-Provided Parts: No warranty is provided for parts not supplied by Radiant.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any work that has been altered or modified by another service provider voids our guarantee.
  • Extreme Conditions: Damage caused by natural disasters, wildlife, accidents, misuse, or neglect.

Conditions for the Guarantee

  • Proper Usage: Equipment must be used as per manufacturer instructions.
  • Regular Maintenance: The guarantee is valid only if regular maintenance is performed as recommended.
  • Prompt Reporting: Any issues must be reported to us within 30 days of their occurrence.

Resolution and Remedies

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will:

  • Repair the faulty work or part.
  • Replace any defective parts covered under the guarantee.
  • Refund your payment if the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.

  • To ensure the smooth execution of our services, we ask that you:
  • Provide Access: Ensure that the service area is accessible and safe for our technicians.
  • Accurate Information: Give us accurate details about the issue and any previous work done.
  • Cooperation: Cooperate with our service team during the diagnosis and repair process.
