Team Radiant has done it yet again. We have just been voted Best of Austin in the “Plumber” and “A/C Repair / Installation” categories for a fourth consecutive year. We are honored to receive this prestigious award once again and proudly hold the title of “Best of Austin.” Receiving any award is great. But if we’re being honest, this one is special. Any kind of recognition based on feedback from the public just hits different. For the better part of two decades, Radiant’s primary focus has been to serve our local communities and serve them well. Don’t be fooled by the gap in our record. The Austin Chronicle decided to skip the 2020 edition of their iconic award due to the great difficulty local businesses faced in the wake of Covid-19. The people of Austin understood and respected this decision. That’s why they responded with great enthusiasm for the following issues. In a mathematically satisfying turn of events, 2022 saw 22,000 Austinites participate. A quarter of a million votes were cast to determine 174 winners in this year’s readers poll. An additional 76 winners were added from the critics’ picks. Given the sheer scale of engagement, it’s easy to see why the title of “Best of Austin” is the envy of local businesses.
This recognition comes off the back of another milestone for Radiant. In March 2022, we surpassed 8,000 customer reviews on Google. We are fast approaching the 10K mark, and perhaps more importantly, our official score now stands at 4.9 out of 5. Our dedication to outdoing ourselves in customer service, as well as the ever-growing size of our team, could lead to our score rounding up to a satisfying 5.0 in the near future.
