Deemed an “essential service,” our day-to-day operations continue to run to make sure our community’s plumbing & HVAC needs are addressed. At the same time, safety is crucial now more than ever. Our team is taking the following safety measures before and after service to protect our technicians as well as your family:
Mandatory Pre Service Call Procedures:
- Fully review and follow the CDC and WHO COVID-19 Safety Guidelines.
- Frequently washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds.
- New shoe covers and gloves to be worn at every job.
- Maintain a minimum 6′ social distance.
- Safety glasses worn in every customer’s home.
Mandatory Post Service Call Safety Procedures:
- Frequently washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds.
- Sanitize every surface area contacted while working.
- All tools used are sanitized after every job.
- Properly dispose of gloves and shoe covers.
In addition to our before and after service safety measures, we are screening our team members daily for symptoms as well as pre screening our customers for potential symptoms daily. Lastly, all staff that can work from home are required to which is currently about 95% of our team.
