Calibration and testing of the thermostat to ensure accurate temperature control. Both AC & Heat Visits

Examination of electrical components, including wiring and connections, and tightening if necessary to prevent electrical issues. Both AC & Heat Visits

Inspection of refrigerant levels and, if needed, topping up to ensure optimal system performance. Both AC & Heat Visits
Clearing and cleaning the condensate drain to prevent clogs and potential water damage. Both AC & Heat Visits
Examination of the ductwork for leaks, blockages, or other issues affecting airflow. Both AC & Heat Visits

Services Provided - Plumbing

Careful examination of exposed pipes, faucets, and fixtures for any signs of leaks. This includes checking for water stains, dampness, or corrosion.
Testing water pressure to ensure it falls within the optimal range. High or low water pressure can lead to various plumbing problems.
Checking the water heater for signs of corrosion, sediment buildup, or leaks. Flushing the water heater to remove sediment and maintain efficiency. Certain water heaters may not meet the criteria for flushing due to their age, condition, or the time elapsed since the last flushing.
Inspecting and testing shut-off valves for toilets, sinks, and other fixtures to ensure they operate smoothly. We will seek your permission, as certain values may not align with the requirements due to factors such as age, condition or the last time they were actuated.
Checking for leaks, inspecting the flushing mechanism, and ensuring the toilet is securely anchored.
Checking for leaks, mineral deposits, and ensuring proper function of faucets and other fixtures.
Checking for wear and tear on washing machine hoses.
Checking for proper operation and ensuring that the blades are in good condition.
Assessing the quality of the water for chlorine and water hardness.
Examining plumbing pipes and connections for signs of corrosion, especially in older homes.
Inspecting outdoor faucets, for leaks or damage.
Offering recommendations for any necessary repairs or upgrades to improve plumbing efficiency and prevent future issues.

Terms & Conditions

This Care Club Membership Plan sets forth the terms and conditions under which We will provide to You (the “Member”) the Services described below and in Your accepted order (collectively, the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully. Coverage may be limited, and certain exclusions will apply.

Radiant Plumbing Service, LLC doing business as Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) provides world-class resources & support to Our customers for HVAC and Plumbing services. We are committed to providing resources that enhance the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.

We are extremely pleased to offer the Care Club Membership Plan to our valued customers. The benefits of this Care Club Membership Plan, and associated terms and conditions, are listed below.

1. Membership Benefits

  • Priority Service: Members receive priority scheduling for all service calls.
  • Discounts: Members are eligible for a 10% discount on all repairs.
  • Maintenance Visits: Members receive two free annual HVAC maintenance check-ups on an enrolled system and one free annual plumbing maintenance check.
  • Emergency Services: Members have access to 24/7 emergency services at standard workday rates, with no after-hour trip fees.

2. Annual Membership, Renewal and Fees

This Care Club Membership Plan is offered to customers for twelve (12) month terms (the “Annual Subscription Term”). AFTER THE INITIAL ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM, THIS AGREEMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW IN ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR INCREMENTS UNLESS TERMINATED IN WRITING SENT NO LATER THEN THE END OF THE CURRENT ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM TO THE ADDRESS SET FORTH IN THE CANCELATION POLICY SECTION BELOW OR AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.  Members residing in states that do not allow automatic renewal of Services shall receive a written renewal notice. A Member’s term begins on the date We accept and process the order.

MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE A REMINDER NOTICE OF THE UPCOMING ANNUAL RENEWAL DATE FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL AND MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THEIR CARE CLUB MEMBERSHIP PLAN BEFORE THE START OF THE RENEWAL TERM.

We offer Members two payment plans.

Monthly Payment Plan: $24.99 per month, billed automatically.

  • This covers the cost for one (1) HVAC unit at the location specified on the order. Additional HVAC units at the specified location can be added to the order for an additional $10.00, per unit, per month.
  • Payment information will be added and saved to the Member’s customer record for monthly automatic billing purposes.
  • By signing up for the Monthly Payment Plan, You are agreeing to the payment of twelve (12) monthly payments, and if renewed for additional terms, an additional twelve (12) monthly payments per year.

● Yearly Payment Plan: $299.88 per year, billed automatically.

  • This covers the cost for one (1) HVAC unit at the location specified on the order. Additional HVAC units at the specified location can be added to the order for an additional $120.00, per unit, per year.
  • Payment information will be added and saved to the Member’s customer record for annual automatic billing purposes.

3. Payment Terms

  • The Care Club Membership Plan is an automatic renewal subscription.
    • The initial payment under a monthly payment plan, or the entire payment under the yearly payment plan, is due at the time of acceptance of the order. Subsequent monthly payments are due on the monthly anniversary of the order date.
    • If the Member does not provide notice of Member’s intent to cancel the Care Club Membership Plan, payment or payments for the next annual renewal term will begin on the anniversary of the order date.
    • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card or ACH
    • A Credit Card or ACH payment method will be added and saved to the Member’s customer account for automatic billing purposes.
    • Suspension of the Care Club Membership Plan will occur if there are past due payments. During suspension of the Care Club Membership Plan, all membership benefits, including, but not limited to, discounts on repairs, the scheduling and performance of free maintenance check-up services, and the waived after hour or emergency fees, will cease until past due membership fees are paid.

4. Member Eligibility

  • The Care Club Membership Plan is intended to cover equipment installed by Us; however, it is Our sole discretion to accept specific equipment under this Agreement and an order. The equipment must be located at the location specified in the order and must be safely and easily accessible for diagnosis by Our technician.

5. Service Terms

  • Annual maintenance visits must be scheduled by the Member.
  • Eligible free maintenance check-up services must be performed during the current Annual Subscription Term and cannot be carried over to subsequent annual terms.
  • Emergency services such as any services that would be performed during daytime hours that are instead performed after hours are available for no additional charge, i.e., meaning standard rates will apply.
  • The scope of the free annual plumbing maintenance check-up is limited to plumbing systems typically found in an average single-family residence. More complex plumbing systems shall be considered during the order process and additional reasonable fees may apply.
  • Services are subject to technician availability and may be limited to certain geographic areas.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Problems cannot always be diagnosed or identified during maintenance check-up service visits. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from misdiagnosis or delays in completing diagnosis and maintenance check-up services.
  • THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES FOR THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHECK-UPS FOR THE HVAC UNITS SPECIFIED IN YOUR ORDER. THIS IS NOT A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE PLAN AND THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT FOR INSURANCE. THIS AGREEMENT COVERS THE COST FOR THE LIMITED MAINTENANCE SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THIS PLAN WILL NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE IF THE REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 4 ARE NOT MET. WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR SERVICES PERFORMED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR APPROVAL. YOU AGREE TO ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT WHEN YOU ENROLL IN THE CARE CLUB MEMBERSHIP PLAN.
  • NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, (A) IN NO EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INFRINGEMENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS,SHALL WE BE LIABLE UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF YOU OR US HAS BEEN APPRISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING; AND (B) YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IS RECOVERY FOR THE COST OF THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE, AND, IN NO EVENT, WILL OUR LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED $500 (SUBJECT TO ALL LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT).

7. Member Responsibilities

  • Members must keep their contact and payment information up to date.
  • Members are responsible for scheduling their annual maintenance visits.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The courts located within Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • We will make every effort to support Members in the highest regard, while adhering to this Agreement for the Care Club Membership Plan. However, due to external forces there may be an occasion where We or a Member needs to cancel their Care Club Membership Plan. Listed below are the guidelines and policies regarding the termination of the Care Club Membership Plan.
  • Cancellation Request: MEMBERS MAY CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO [email protected]. MEMBERS MAY ALSO CALL US TOLL-FREE AT (833) 490-7905 TO CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations. However, membership benefits will continue until the end of the current Annual Subscription Term and Member will remain responsible for all remaining payments under the monthly payment plan.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify the Care Club Membership Plan at any time, with notice to Members. IN THE EVENT THAT MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CARE CLUB MEMBERSHIP PLAN MATERIALLY REDUCES MEMBERS’ BENEFITS OR INCREASES MEMBERSHIP FEES, (A) WE WILL PROVIDE NOTICE TO MEMBER OF SUCH MATERIAL CHANGES, (B) MEMBER’S MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND FEES WILL REMAIN GOVERNED UNDER THE EXISTING TERMS UNTIL THE END OF THEIR CURRENT ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM, AND (C) THE NEW MODIFIED TERMS WILL GO INTO EFFECT FOR THE SUBSEQUENT RENEWAL TERMS.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel the Care Club Membership Plan at any time, with notice to Members. We may choose to terminate the Care Club Membership Plan for reasons such as delinquent payments, equipment that is not serviceable, other breach of this Agreement, or other business reasons. If termination is initiated by Us for reasons not created by Member, We will refund the unused pro-rated fees for the remainder of the Annual Subscription Term at our sole reasonable discretion.

10. Re-enrollment

Re-enrollment Eligibility: Members who have canceled their membership may re-enroll at any time by signing up again through Our enrollment process.

11. Personal Information; Our Privacy Policy

For purposes of this Section only, “We,” “Us,” and “Our” also includes any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, or affiliate brand that We operate under. Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) includes any information that You have shared with Us, that We have collected about You during Your enrollment and during Your Care Club Membership Plan term, and/or We, or third parties acting on Our behalf, collected in the course of providing services to You, that may be used to specifically identify or contact You (including but not limited to Your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number). By being a Member under this Agreement, using Our services, or by submitting Your PII to Us or to third parties acting on Our behalf, You agree that providing any such PII constitutes permission for Us to use and share Your PII in accordance with Our privacy policy located at https://radiantplumbing.com/privacy-policy . If You would like to limit Our use of Your PII, or opt-out of the sharing of Your PII with third parties, You may request so by email at [email protected], or by calling us toll-free at (833) 490-7905.  Additionally, You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from Us as set forth in the Privacy Policy or as provided within any marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of emails).
