To prevent clogs, cover your drains with drain strainers. Install leak detectors and promptly address any leaks that are found. Prevent mold and mildew by properly ventilating the area after each use and keeping the caulk sealed around the base of the tub. Inspect your fixtures and repair them as necessary.
