We guarantee the price we quote you will be the price you pay for the finished job - no matter what complications or unexpected expenses arise.

We also guarantee the quality of our work for 2 years. If you have a problem with our plumbing work within 2 years, we’ll fix it free.

Guarantee applies to service work preformed from Jan 1, 2010 on. 2 year Warranty is our unique standard unless otherwise specified on the agreement formed on site by the service technician.

Lifetime Water Heater

We have selected a few of our favorite water heaters, and given them a lifetime warranty. No, we did not raise the price, and yes there is a catch. Water heaters need to be flushed at least once a year, and we will need to do that to maintain that warranty. That costs $155 a year (or 12.95 a month). That's it. We maintain it, and you never have to worry about your water heater again. At any time the water heater fails, Radiant Plumbing will come out and repair the water heater free of charge.

This warranty is only applicable for customers that have a signed lifetime warranty contract. This warranty is for the original water heater owner only, and is non-transferable. Radiant Plumbing reserves the right to excluded any water heater from this warranty if damaging water conditions exist. Most municipal water systems are inlcuded, all private water systems, or well water systems are excluded unless determined otherwise by our plumber.  Radiant Plumbing is in no way responsible for any damages caused by a water heater failure. This warranty is only for the water heater itself, not the pipes leading to or from the heater. Recirculating pumps are not included in this warranty.
